Te Pahu Guiding - where we offer fun, friendship, and leadership opportunities for girls aged 9–17 years through our Guide and Ranger Units.
We are currently welcoming new members and welcom your interest.
Guiding gives girls the chance to:
  • Build confidence and leadership skills
  • Make new friends
  • Take part in outdoor adventures and camps
  • Work towards badges and awards

Six Simple Steps to Reduce Myopia Risk:
  • Spend time outside every day.
  • Limit screen time – take a 30-minute break for every hour of screen time.
  • Get regular eye tests.
  • Wear sunglasses.
  • Wear prescription glasses as advised.
  • Stay active and eat a healthy diet.
Our mission is to introduce young people to the sport of springboard diving, This builds general confidence. fitness, companionship and deep water confidence.
We are also happy to offer 'have a go' sessions tailored to your specific school.
